The things a hotel system never had to do.
A dorm is not a room with more people in it. School groups, tour groups and eleven backpackers on one booking are where hotel software quietly gives up.
- 01
True bed-level inventory
- Every bed bookable and assignable on its own
- Mixed, female-only and male-only dorms
- Dorm beds and private rooms on one calendar
- Move someone between beds by dragging them
- Block a bed, or a whole dorm, for maintenance
- No pointless bed changes mid-stay
- Sell a dorm by the bed — or whole, as a private room
- 02
Groups on one booking
- A profile and registration details for each guest
- Assign a whole group’s beds in one go
- Keep friends in the same dorm
- Different arrival and departure dates inside one group
- A group leader, and members you can manage
- Pay separately, or settle the lot together
- Add, swap or drop a member without rebuilding it
- 03
Bed-aware housekeeping
- Which beds are leaving and which stay occupied
- Which beds need fresh linen
- Dorms that want a full clean
- Empty beds inside a half-full dorm
- Bathrooms and common areas
- A maintenance note against a bed, a locker or a room
- 04
Guests who check themselves in
- Check in online before they arrive
- A check-in link each, for everyone in the group
- Arrival instructions and house rules, sent for you
- Email or WhatsApp, in the guest’s language
- Digital registration cards
- Self check-in with an access code
- A review request once they have gone

FOYER is a native app on iPhone and Android, not a website squeezed onto a small screen. Take a booking from the car, mark a room clean from the doorway, look at tonight’s arrivals from the kitchen — the same property, live, wherever you happen to be standing.
- A real app on iPhone and Android, not a page in a browser
- Take a booking, move a stay or check someone in from anywhere
- Housekeeping marks a room from the corridor and the desk sees it
- The same login on the reception PC, on Windows and on macOS

The bed is the start of it.
Bikes, a walking tour, a bed made up before they arrive. Offer it when they book and again before they turn up — at your price, on the same folio as the bed.
One stay, two bills.
The company pays the room and the guest pays the rest. Two friends halve a double. Route any charge to a second folio and each side leaves with its own numbered invoice — without the stay being typed twice.
- Split between guests, or bill a company instead
- Move one charge, not the whole stay
- Each folio issues its own invoice
- Both sides always add up to the stay
Live in a week, and the setting up is ours.
We load your beds, your rooms, your rates and your channels, sit with reception until they are comfortable, and stay on the phone afterwards. Nobody is handed a login and wished luck.
- Day 1 We take what you have
Dorms and private rooms, how the beds are numbered, your rates, and this season’s bookings.
- Day 3 The house is on screen
Your calendar, bed by bed — checked against how you actually sell them, not how we assumed.
- Day 5 Reception is trained
An afternoon at your desk, with the people who will use it. In Albanian, or in German if that suits.
- Day 7 You are running on it
Channels connected, the first invoices issued, and a number to call when something is not obvious.
Easy to learn. Hard to get stuck on.
It is meant to be picked up in an afternoon. When something is not obvious there is a written answer for it, and a person on the end of the line whatever the hour.

Learn it in an afternoon
One screen for the desk, one board for the floor, one till for the restaurant. New staff take bookings the same day they are shown — no manual left open on the counter.
- How do I split a folio? Splitting a folio between two guests Billing a company instead of the guest Issuing an invoice from a folio
A help centre that answers the question
Step by step, on the screens you are actually looking at: split a folio, close the day, connect a channel, correct an invoice. Written for the desk, not for a developer.
- 24/7 Every day of the year
Support around the clock
Someone answers at two in the morning and in the middle of August, in your language — a person who knows the property they are talking about, not a ticket queue.
FOYER replaced the paper diary, three OTA extranets and the Excel we billed from. Reception is calmer, rooms are ready sooner, and I can see the whole house from my phone.

What hostel owners ask first.
Can you sell beds and private rooms side by side?
That is the shape of the house FOYER is meant for — dorm beds and private rooms on the same calendar, sold and settled the same way. Tell us how your beds are numbered and we will set the grid up to match before you commit.
What happens when a group books eleven beds?
They stay one booking with one folio, so the group is kept together when beds are assigned and the bill can be settled once or split at the end. Nobody re-types eleven names.
Which channels can we keep selling on?
The channel manager takes over the calendar for the ones we connect, so a bed sold anywhere closes everywhere. Send us the list you sell on now and we will confirm each one before you switch — no guessing.
Can beds be priced differently from the private rooms?
Rates are set per what you are selling, so a bed in a six-share carries its own price and its own rules, separate from the doubles. Seasons and minimum stays sit on top.
Do we have to take every part of it?
No. Take reception and the channels, add the bar till when the season starts, leave the rest. Everything you do switch on shares the same guest and the same folio.
What does it cost?
It is quoted for your house, by the bed rather than the room, from one of three plans on the pricing page. Ask for a quote and the number comes back in writing the same day; the first month is free from the day onboarding is complete.
