Two of you run the whole hotel.
Ten rooms to thirty, and the same few people take the booking, make the bed, serve the breakfast and issue the invoice. FOYER puts all of it behind one login — so the work is finished where you are standing, instead of being copied into four systems after closing.
Connect to 200+ booking channels, and keep one calendar.

Seven jobs, and nobody spare to do them.
Switch on what the house needs and leave the rest. Every part writes to the same guest, the same room and the same folio, so a small team never types anything twice.

One Tuesday, and none of it typed twice.
Fifteen rooms, two people on shift. This is the day the system is actually asked to do — from before anyone is awake to after the bar has closed.

The night audit has already run
Nobody sat up for it. No-shows flagged, penalties applied, yesterday closed and tomorrow staged.

Breakfast goes onto the room
The dining room charges table four to room 210. No pad, no note carried to the desk.

Marked clean from the corridor, on a phone. The desk can sell them without being told.

The company wants the invoice tonight

BILLING
Nobody here has only one job.
The same person takes the booking, turns the room and bills the company. FOYER is built for that — not for a department behind every screen.

FOYER is a native app on iPhone and Android, not a website squeezed onto a small screen. Take a booking from the car, mark a room clean from the doorway, look at tonight’s arrivals from the kitchen — the same property, live, wherever you happen to be standing.
- A real app on iPhone and Android, not a page in a browser
- Take a booking, move a stay or check someone in from anywhere
- Housekeeping marks a room from the corridor and the desk sees it
- The same login on the reception PC, on Windows and on macOS

One stay, two bills.
The company pays the room and the guest pays the rest. Two friends halve a double. Route any charge to a second folio and each side leaves with its own numbered invoice — without the stay being typed twice.
- Split between guests, or bill a company instead
- Move one charge, not the whole stay
- Each folio issues its own invoice
- Both sides always add up to the stay
More bookings. Less typing.

login, seven jobs
Nothing typed twice
The desk, the rooms, the channels, the restaurant and the accounts all write to the same guest and the same folio — which is what makes two people enough.
Live in a week, and the setting up is ours.
We load your rooms, your rates and your channels, sit with whoever is on the desk until they are comfortable, and stay on the phone afterwards. Nobody is handed a login and wished luck.
- Day 1 We take what you have
Room types, rates, the channels you sell on, and this season’s bookings. You send a spreadsheet, or we read the extranets.
- Day 3 The house is on screen
Your calendar, your rooms, your prices — checked against what you told us, not what we assumed.
- Day 5 The desk is trained
An afternoon at your reception, on your property, with the two or three people who will actually use it.
- Day 7 You are running on it
Channels connected, the first invoices issued, and a number to call when something is not obvious.
Easy to learn. Hard to get stuck on.
It is meant to be picked up in an afternoon. When something is not obvious there is a written answer for it, and a person on the end of the line whatever the hour.
- 1
Learn it in an afternoon
One screen for the desk, one board for the floor, one till for the restaurant. New staff take bookings the same day they are shown — no manual left open on the counter.
- How do I split a folio? Splitting a folio between two guests Billing a company instead of the guest Issuing an invoice from a folio
A help centre that answers the question
Step by step, on the screens you are actually looking at: split a folio, close the day, connect a channel, correct an invoice. Written for the desk, not for a developer.
- 24/7 Every day of the year
Support around the clock
Someone answers at two in the morning and in the middle of August, in your language — a person who knows the property they are talking about, not a ticket queue.
FOYER replaced the paper diary, three OTA extranets and the Excel we billed from. Reception is calmer, rooms are ready sooner, and I can see the whole house from my phone.

What small houses ask first.
We have twelve rooms. Is this too much system for us?
No — switch on the part you need. Core PMS is the calendar, check-in, folios and end of day, and nothing else is in the way. Housekeeping, channels and the restaurant can be turned on later, on the same login, without moving anything.
What does it cost?
It is quoted for your house — not per user, and not per feature. Three plans on the pricing page say what each carries; ask for a quote and the number comes back in writing the same day. The first month is free from the day onboarding is complete.
Do we need a server, or somebody who knows computers?
Neither. It runs in a browser on whatever is already at reception, and on a phone for housekeeping. There is nothing to install and nothing to back up — that is our side of it.
Only one of us is really comfortable with software.
That is the normal case, and it is why training happens at your reception rather than over a link. The desk screen is one calendar: drag a stay to move it, click a night to sell it. Most people are checking guests in unaided by the end of the afternoon.
Half our bookings come by phone and WhatsApp. Does that still work?
Yes. Type it straight onto the calendar and the room closes everywhere you sell — that is the whole point of the channel manager. The booking engine on your own site is for the other half.
What happens to the bookings we already have?
They come with you. Send a spreadsheet or give us the extranet logins and we load this season before you go live, so nobody arrives to a hotel that has never heard of them.
It is just the two of us in February. Do we still get support?
Yes — the help centre is open all the time, and there is a real person on WhatsApp at any hour. February is usually when we do the things you were too busy to ask about in August.
