Pricing plans

Three ways to run the house, each quoted for your property — the rooms, the channels and the modules you switch on. Tell us about the house and the number comes back in writing, the same day.

First month free — and the clock starts when onboarding is complete, not when you sign.

Best forMost independent hotels — anyone selling on Booking.com or Expedia who wants one calendar and no commission on their own site.

  3. 03

    All-in-One

Every floor and the kitchen too — housekeeping and the till.

    Get pricing
    What is inside

Best forHouses where housekeeping works from phones, or there is a restaurant or bar to charge to the room.

Every plan is quoted for your property and billed monthly or yearly, with 10% off the whole total for a year paid up front. Before local taxes.

What you do not pay

The bills that are not on this page.

Most of what a hotel system costs is not the subscription. It is the list of things that turned out to be extra.

  • €0 Your first month

Free, and counted from the day onboarding is complete — you are not paying while the rooms and rates are still being loaded.

  • €0 Per user

Add the night porter, the housekeeping phones, the accountant and the owner. The quote is for the house, not the people who look at it.

  • €0 Commission on direct bookings

A guest who books on your website pays you. Nothing per booking — on the room, or on anything sold beside it.

  • €0 Setup, onboarding and import

Free for founding hotels: rooms, rates, channels and this season’s bookings loaded before you go live.

  • €0 Support

A person on WhatsApp and email, and a help centre that is always open. Not a paid upgrade.

  • €0 Leaving

Stop at the end of a term and take your data with you. No exit fee, and no charge for the export.

How this compares

One quote, against the way the market prices.

Not a table of other people’s prices — a table of how the bill is put together, which is where the surprises live.

What FOYER The usual model
How the price is set A written quote for your house, back the same day, with everything it includes A quote after a sales call, by room count, property type and card volume — often in stages
Modules Three plans, each listed in full on this page A base plan, then the channel manager, booking engine and guest messaging discovered later as add-ons
Users Unlimited Priced per user, or capped by plan
Direct bookings No commission A booking fee on the entry plan, or a percentage of each reservation
Getting started Setup free for founding hotels, and the first month free An onboarding or implementation fee, sometimes in the thousands
Support A person, included A chatbot on the standard plan; a human as a paid upgrade
Contract Monthly, or yearly with 10% off; stop at the end of a term Annual contracts, with a charge for leaving early

The right-hand column describes pricing models common across hotel software. It does not describe any one company, and none is named on purpose.

Questions

What people ask about the price.

Anything else — ask us on a demo call. Real people, real answers.

How do I get a price?

Ask for a quote from any of the plans above and tell us about the house — the kind, the rooms, what you want switched on. The number comes back in writing the same working day, with everything it includes spelled out, and there is nothing to sign to receive it.

Why is the price on request?

Because a twelve-room guesthouse and a sixty-room hotel with a restaurant are not the same thing to run, and one price list would be wrong for both. A quote is one number for your house, in writing — not a tier to decode and add-ons to discover later.

Which plan is right for us?

If you sell on Booking.com or Expedia, Growth — the channel manager and the booking engine are the difference. If housekeeping works from phones or there is a kitchen, All-in-One. Core PMS is for a property that runs its own channels and wants only the calendar and the accounts. When in doubt, ask; we will say.

What counts as a room?

Anything you sell as one unit on the calendar — a double, a suite, an apartment. Hostels are quoted by the bed, not the room.

When does the price start?

When onboarding is complete — and the first month from that day is free. You are not paying while the rooms, rates and channels are still being loaded, and you are not paying for the month after either.

Is there a setup fee?

Not for founding hotels: setup, onboarding and the import of this season’s bookings are free. Rooms, rates and channels are loaded before you go live, and the desk is trained on your property.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. A booking through your own site costs you nothing per booking — on the room, or on anything sold beside it. Bookings through Booking.com or Expedia carry that channel’s own commission, which is theirs, not ours.

Monthly or yearly?

Either. Pay for the year up front and the whole total is 10% less — the same rooms, the same modules, one invoice instead of twelve. Monthly, you can stop at the end of any month; yearly, at the end of the year.

Do we pay per user?

No. Add the night porter, the housekeeping phones, the accountant and the owner — the quote is for the house, not the people who look at it.
