A guest exists once. The booking, the room, the breakfast, the invoice and the review all belong to that one record — so nothing is typed twice, nothing drifts, and the number at the end of the day is simply true.
One guest, typed four times. Four chances to be wrong.

The desk reads it
The channels read it
The till writes to it
The invoice comes from it
Typed once, at the desk. Everything else reads it.
Where the trouble comes from
Nobody buys four systems. They accumulate.
A diary for the desk, an extranet for the channels, a till for the bar, a spreadsheet for the accountant — each one sensible on its own, and none of them talking to the others.
01
The double booking
A room sold on Booking.com at 22:10 and again by phone at 22:14, because the calendar and the extranet were two different things.
02
The breakfast nobody paid for
Written on a pad at table four, meant for room 210, never reached the folio. Small, daily, and gone by checkout.
03
The invoice typed twice
Once in the system, once in the accountant’s file, and a third time when the company asks for it split.
04
The night nobody closed
No-shows unflagged, deposits unclaimed, yesterday never quite finished — because closing the day was somebody’s job and everybody’s evening.
How it is built
Three rules, and the screens that keep them.
01
Nothing is typed twice.
The calendar is the system, not a picture of it. Drag a stay into another room and the folio, the housekeeping board and every channel move with it — nobody retypes anything, and nothing is left pointing at the room they used to be in.

02
The house is designed to get paid.
Deposits, pay-by-link and no-show rules are part of the booking, not a policy on the wall. An empty room is never free, and nobody has to have the awkward conversation.
The night audit runs at the hour you set: no-shows flagged, penalties applied, the day sealed, tomorrow staged. Nobody stays up for it, and nobody reconstructs it in the morning.

Built here
Made for the houses it is sold to.
Not a global product with a Balkan price list. The receipts, the languages, the support hours and the onboarding were built for hotels in Kosovo and Albania first — and they work everywhere else because of it, not in spite of it.

The honest comparison
Against the diary, and against the big brands.
Three ways to run a small hotel. Two of them are common. One of them is ours.

The middle column describes patterns common across large hotel platforms. It names nobody and quotes nobody’s price.
Learning it, and getting help
Easy to learn. Hard to get stuck on.
It is meant to be picked up in an afternoon. When something is not obvious there is a written answer for it, and a person on the end of the line whatever the hour.
1
Learn it in an afternoon
One screen for the desk, one board for the floor, one till for the restaurant. New staff take bookings the same day they are shown — no manual left open on the counter.
How do I split a folio? Splitting a folio between two guests Billing a company instead of the guest Issuing an invoice from a folio
A help centre that answers the question
Step by step, on the screens you are actually looking at: split a folio, close the day, connect a channel, correct an invoice. Written for the desk, not for a developer.
24/7Every day of the year
Support around the clock
Someone answers at two in the morning and in the middle of August, in your language — a person who knows the property they are talking about, not a ticket queue.
FOYER replaced the paper diary, three OTA extranets and the Excel we billed from. Reception is calmer, rooms are ready sooner, and I can see the whole house from my phone.

Simple pricing
Three plans. One quote, for your property.
From the desk alone to the whole house, each plan quoted for your property. Ask, and the number comes back in writing the same day — and the first month is free.
Our team can come to your property and set FOYER up at your reception — with your rooms, your rates, your channels — or walk you through everything online. Reach out whichever way suits you.
